Our client area is where you and Westside Web Design get together to decide on every aspect of your new website. You can view the client area 24-7 365 days a year which makes it easy to communicate with Westside Web Design.

Our client area is our main communication source with you and you to us and is our preferred method of communication, as the saying goes" A picture is worth a thousand words" we can supply you with example pictures, text, layouts, fonts etc. that in no way could be explained over the phone.

In the client area you will find:

Project Team- All of the people that are involved with the creation of your website, such as yourself and Westside Web Design Employees.

Client Tasks- This is where you will find any requests that we have from you.

Team Tasks- You can make requests to us in Team tasks.

Document List- You will upload all images or text that you would like added to your website as well we will post various aspects that may need your approval.

Main Page- Will have links to the development website where you can view real time changes on your website as well as view what stage of the design we are working on.

Bulletin Board- For everyone involved to post messages/questions etc.

Support- For support requests you have with your website.

This client area is available to you for 1 years time, so if you have problems and need to request support you can do so. Not all support requests will be free of charge this all depends on the cause or nature of the request.

Everyone involved will work in the client area to complete your web design project. When you are satisfied with the final web design project it will then be time to pay the remaining balance on your account in order for us to upload the completed files to your hosting account.
